To be a leader in any organization is a prestigious
position. However, many of us tend to overlook that leadershipbrings alongside
it its own set of challenges that could burn out or overwhelm an individual.
Leadership is akin to juggling many tasks. One is not just
expected to make the right decisions upon holding a deep understanding of
matters but also to manage people well.
Leadership, at one time or another, comes out to be a tough
ask for any individual. In such cases, the role of leadership coaching should
not be undermined.
People look up to a leader for guidance on the right path to
move ahead. Under such circumstances, it is only right if a leader has a vision
for the organization and his people, besides a commitment towards
